There are a lot of abandoned villages in Bulgaria. The one i found was overgrown by the nature; so difficult to access that nobody steped in for ages. Even if the death notices on the doors give insight into the demise of the last owner, I had the feeling to step into a private room.

KIZ ISTANBULDAN

I was trying to make a portrait of Istanbul. Every time I thought I understood the living environment my verdict was proven to be wrong by new impressions. Each picture represents a moment - underlining my confusion or my short conclusion.

TRACKS

Even the words Siberia and Mongolia sets off a chain of impressions. I wanted to confront myself with the reality and made me on my way from Moscow, over Buryatia (South Siberia), up to Ulaanbaatar. The pictures show the travel, the people but also the questions I had.

Cambodia is assisiated with one of the most beautiful cultural leavings on the one hand and unbelivable torture on the other. Still the the young history is unspoken but obvious wherever i stepped.

Fabrika is a professional photography studio based in Istanbul, which is leading in - fashion, commercial and product photography. During my half a year assistantship I was working amongst others for photographers like Tamer Yilmaz and Koray Birand. Besides their commercial works for brands like Laurel, Gillette, Nike, their pictures are shown in most of the well-known fashion and lifestyle magazines.
